Triple-rated aluminum conductor for direct burial and conduit, used heavily in solar arrays and underground feeders.

Application

Type USE-RHH-RHW-2 building wire and service cable is recognized for use as general purpose wiring at a maximum conductor temperature of 90°C in wet or dry locations for installation in air, conduit or other recognized raceways and for direct burial in circuits not exceeding 600 volts.

Product Features

  • Compact stranded 8000 Series aluminum alloy conductor.
  • Insulation is an abrasion, moisture, heat and sunlight resistant black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).

Standards

  • UL Standard 44 (RHW or RHH), UL Standard 854 (USE) and Federal Specification JC-30B NEC.
